Sean “Black Magik” Spencer to step in as injury replacement against Rafael Natal at UFC on FOX 6

Sean “Black Magik” Spencer has been tabbed to replace Magnus Cedenblad at UFC on FOX 6 on Jan. 26 in Chicago. Spencer’s first UFC bout will be a middleweight battle against Rafael Natal (14-4-1, 2-2-1 UFC).

Spencer holds a 9-1 career professional record with two wins by submission and two wins by KO/TKO. He has won his last three fights spanning back to 2011. He defeated Evan Cutts by unanimous decision in his last bout on Aug. 17 at Legacy Fighting Championships 13.
Spencer, 26 years old, normally fights at welterweight but will move up to middleweight for this fight. He trains at Octagon MMA in Dallas, Texas. He is originally from Bluefield, Va.

“I am excited for the opportunity to fight at UFC on FOX 6 on Jan. 26,” Spencer said. “As a fighter, you train for moments like this and just wait for your big break. I’ll be ready to step into the Octagon and show the world what I can bring to the table.”
Natal was knocked out in his last bout by Andrew Craig on July 11. He has won two of his last five fights, all in the UFC. In his 14 victories, Natal has won seven by submission and three by KO/TKO.
