Quinton “Rampage” Jackson blasts Randy Couture, calls him a “fake ass has been” on Twitter

Former UFC light heavyweight, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has taken exception to a series of fight predictions made by UFC “Hall of Famer” Randy Couture, culminating in his UFC 130 clash with Matt Hamill in May and if you think there would be any camaraderie between MMA’s two biggest movie stars you’d be totally wrong.
Posting via his Twitter page, “Rampage” said:
“F–k @Randy_Couture I used 2 rep his [clothing] line, and he always picked my opponents over me, at 1st  it was cool till Hamill #hasbeen.”
Couture heard about the Tweet and responded by saying:
“It sucks that rampage would take an objective pick on a fight personally. He’s a great guy and a friend. All the best to him!”
“I thought Hamill would eke out a dec[ision] in that fight and Rampage took it personal. They’re objective [picks] and I’m wrong a lot.”
“Rampage” was having none of it though, blasting the former five-time UFC champion by saying:
Randy_Couture f–k u dude, u a fake ass has been, I was a real friend and kept my mouth shut when I didn’t know if u would win or lose.”
Jackson has never been one to mince his words and despite his laid back attitude at times he is fiercely competitive and proud to be a fighter. As for Couture’s remarks, it’s tough to see how he could have objectively given Hamill the win over Jackson but if that’s what he thought then who am I to question “The Natural”?
