Former WEC bantamweight champion, Brian Bowles has revealed the good news that his hand isn’t broken despite his initial fears following his unanimous decision win over Takeya Mizugaki at UFC 132 this past weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bowles confirmed the news via his Twitter page just minutes ago with MMABay.co.uk confirming the story with a source close to the top contender in the UFC’s 135 pound ranks.
The source revealed that although the hand wasn’t broken Bowles has sustained mild tendon damage which his doctor has prescribed him a cream to rub into his hand and instructed him not to throw punches excessively during training.
