UFC 134 – Mike Swick vs. Erick Silva in the works for August 27th in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

A welterweight bout between veteran Mike Swick and promotional newcomer, Erick Silva is reportedly in the works for the UFC 134 card on August 27^th in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, adding to what is already a stellar card.
The fight was revealed to Sherdog.com by a source close to the two fighters, adding verbal agreements are already in place on both sides.
Swick is on a two-fight skid after losing to Dan Hardy via decision and Paulo Thiago via submission. Prior to that he’d been on a four-fight winning streak including an impressive win over Ben Saunders at UFC 99.
Silva, a training partner of UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva and former Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Rafael Cavalcante and currently the Jungle Fights champion, is undefeated in the past five years, with a record of eleven wins and only one loss.
