Two new fights have today been announced for the upcoming DREAM 17 card in Saitama, Japan with former lightweight champion, Joachim Hansen taking on former PRIDE fighter, Mitsuhiro Ishida in a featherweight bout. The promotion made the announcement earlier today at a press conference held in Tokyo. The event will also serve as a fund raiser for the victims of the recent earthquake/tsunami in the area.
The other bout made official is another featherweight contest this time between former UFC and PRIDE fighter, Caol Uno and Akiyo Nishiura. Both men are in need of a win with just three victories between them in their last thirteen bouts.
