Jorge Santiago a multi-fight deal with the UFC just days after Sengoku release

Former Sengoku middleweight champion, Jorge Santiago has reportedly signed a multi-fight deal with one of his old employers as Las Vegas based promotion, the UFC won the race for his signature over thier bitter rivals, Strikeforce.
UFC President, Dana White confirmed Santiago’s new place of employment with Bo Okamoto of ESPN late Friday afternoon.
The Brazilian had mixed results with either promotion, going 1-2 with the UFC before flitting to Strikeforce where he won a four-man/one-night tournament, defeating Sean Salmon and Trevor Prangley in the process. Stay tuned to MMABay in the coming days for more on this as it comes in.
