UFC 134 – Rousimar Palhares vs. Dan Miller now appears likely for August 27th in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

It appears UFC middleweight submission artist, Rousimar Palhares will go head-to-head with American grappler, Dan Miller on the UFC 134 card next month in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The Brazilian fighter was due to face Alexandre “Cacareco” Ferreira on the card but according to Tatame Magazine that fight is now off and Miller will take his place.
Palhares was last seen in action on March on the UFC on Versus 3 card, defeating David Branch via submission to get back to winning ways. Prior to that he’d dropped the ball to Nate Marquardt after complaining to the referee mid-way through the first round.
As for Miller, the AMA Fight Club fighter picked up much needed wins over John Salter and Joe Doerksen last year only to return to the losing column at UFC 128 when he was defeated by Nate Marquardt via decision.
