Scott Coker says talking to Zuffa LLC. about “Fight Night” bonuses is on his list of things to do

Strikeforce CEO, Scott Coker has revealed that he plans on talking to the powers that be about “Fight Night” bonuses similar to those handed out by the UFC now that the California based promotion is under the Zuffa LLC. banner, explaining it would be a great thing to do.
Speaking at the pre-fight press conference, Coker said:
“I’m definitely going to talk to (Zuffa co-owner) Lorenzo (Fertitta) about it. That would be great, wouldn’t it? It’s something that Strikeforce would have done, but it might have been another year or two.”
The UFC hand out bonuses normally ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 per fighter, although the level of cash handed out to Strikeforce fighters if this was to happen is likely to be a lot lower than that. Stay tuned to MMABay for more on this and more as we get it.
