Jose Aldo says there’s plenty of work for him to do at 145 pounds after Kenny Florian and Chad Mendes

UFC featherweight champion, Jose Aldo has revealed that he’ll likely be sticking around at 145 pounds for the foreseeable future with many challengers lining up to face him for the title, and he’s not just talking about Kenny Florian and Chad Mendes.
Speaking via Tatame Magazine, Aldo said:

“Both athletes are high level challenges. I don’t believe they’re the last challengers I’ll have. Featherweight division is one of the most complicated and tough classes in UFC. Every day there’re new great fighters. I don’t know where these guys come from (laughs).”

With the Las Vegas based promotion recently signing Japanese star, Hatsu Hioki, a man considered by many to be the number two fighter at 145 pounds right now, Aldo is right on the money when he says there’s plenty of work for him to do in the featherweight division right now.
