Gina Carano cleared by her doctor to returning to training, hopes to fight again soon

The long time face of women’s MMA could be about to finally return to action inside the cage after it was revealed the doctor of Gina Carano has given her the all clear to return to training and resume her career.
Speaking via MMAJunkie.com, her manager said:

“She’s feeling good. She’s ready to get back in there and train.”

Carano had been set to return to action in June only to pull out due to a mystery condition. Speculation was rife that she was pregnant, a rumour later shot down, but no further explanation was forthcoming from either Carano’s camp or Strikeforce.
