The UFC have today bolstered their featherweight division with news that they’ve signed undefeated fighter, Jim “The Kid” Hettes to a multi-fight contract, although when and where he’ll debut remains a mystery at this point. The 24 year old Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and judo specialist has impressively finished all eight of his opponents via submission, with six of those wins coming in the very first round.
Hettes was supposed to debut on “The Ultimate Fighter” season twelve finale show in December only for a minor league promoter to refuse to release him from his contract at the time, meaning he was unable to sign with the Las Vegas based promotion.
