Mirko Cro Cop is 'ready to fight' Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira in Brazil

If you call them out, they will come. Such is the case with the recently revived rivalry between Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Mirko Filipovic. "Minotauro's" boxing coach went on record stating his want to see his pupil take on the Croatian once more before they both leave the game.
To which "Cro Cop" relays his reply to Fighters Only:
"Yes I saw the comments made by Nogueira's boxing coach and I agree. I am ready to fight Nogueira any time, even in Brazil in August."
Filipovic's motivation for revenge no doubt stems from the nature of his loss to Nogueira in the first fight at Pride Final Conflict back in Nov. 2003, one he was handily winning before a hail mary armbar saved the Brazilian in the second round.
It was the first loss of "Cro Cop's" legendary mixed martial arts career.
Of course, this fantasy rematch will remain just that until "Big Nog" recovers from multiple surgeries to repair his knees and hips. The former heavyweight champion hasn't seen action since a knockout loss to Cain Velasquez back in Feb. 2010.
His return, however, is imminent and a throwback to his old Pride days looks like it could be the best option to get him back into the swing of things.
