Nick Diaz pockets $175,000 for his first round TKO win over Paul “Semtex” Daley

Strikeforce welterweight champion, Nick Diaz was the big winner in terms of financial reward following Saturday nights event in San Diego, California, taking home $175,000 for his efforts after defeating UK bad boy, Paul “Semtex” Daley via TKO in the first round.
Strikeforce lightweight champion, Gilbert Melendez earned himself $150,000, as did former light heavyweight champion, Gegard Mousasi. The Japanese pair of Shinya Aoki and Tatsuya Kawajiri took home $73,637.50 and $97,612.50 respectively.
