UFN 23 – DaMarques Johnson forced Mike Guymon to tap out with a body lock in Fort Hood, Texas

In one of the stranger finishes with seen this month, UFC welterweight all-rounder, DaMarques Johnson forced Mike Guymon to tap out due to a body lock tonight at UFC Fight Night 23 in Fort Hood, Texas, moving him up the ranks at 170 pounds in the process.
Johnson lands a nice leg kick but Guymon shoots in and looks for the takedown. Johnson reverses the situation and takes Guymon to the ground, landing in side control. Johnson almost mounts but Guymon returns him to full guard. Big elbow lands from Johnson before looking to pass the guard. Johnson moves to mount before taking Guymon’s back and securing a body triangle. Johnson turns Guymon on to his front and Guymon strangely taps. On the replay it looks like a rib is sticking out of the back of Guymon.
