Wily luck Leonard Garcia will make good on his promise to give Nam Phan an immediate rematch, as the two have been booked to once again throw leather at UFC Fight Night 24 in Seattle on March 26, according to MMAWeekly.com.
Garcia is loved by (most) fans for his exciting rock 'em sock 'em style. Although many of those same fans decry "Bad Boy's" uncanny ability to persuade the judges to rule in his favor in extremely close fights.
The latest victim of "The Garcia Split" was Nam Phan at The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 12 Finale last December. The two went back and forth for three thrilling rounds before the judges inexplicably ruled in favor of Garcia.
Company President Dana White agreed with fans that Phan was robbed and paid him his win bonus to go along with his show money. Now he'll give him the chance to get in the cage and do something he couldn't do the first time -- finish the job.
