UFC 128 – Luiz Cane well aware that he must beat Karlos Vemola if he’s to remain on the roster

UFC lightheavy weight , Luiz Cane has been speaking about the realisation that he must put on the performance of his career when he climbs into the octagon to battle former heavyweight livewire, Karlos Vemola at UFC 128 this in March if he’s to remain a part of the promotions roster.
Speaking via Tatame Magazine, Cane said:
“The fact that I am coming from two defeats motivates me even more. Since I moved to The Armory in August, I’m training a lot, I’m very focused on keeping my job. I can tell you that I went back to school and I’m learning every day more and more to get back in this next fight Luiz Cane as the best you’ve ever seen.”
“We know much about Vemola. He is a very strong guy and aggressive, who I will come with everything as soon as the bell rings, try to close the distance to take me down and use ground and pound. Either way I’ll be prepared for anything.”
Cane is coming off back-to-back losses at the hands of former PRIDE veteran, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and French kickboxer, Cyril Diabate over a six month period. Prior to that he’d defeated the likes of Jason Lambert, Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou and Steve Cantwell.
