VALE TUDO JAPAN 3rd announces live streaming partnershi​p with NICONICO

Vale Tudo Japan has announced a partnership with Japan’s leading live streaming platform, Niconico, in order to deliver the highly anticipated VTJ 3rd to fans around the world.

The event will be streamed live and is available to purchase via NicoVideo for 1000 Yen.


In order to aid users through the setup and purchase of the event, Vale Tudo Japan has set up an easy to follow instructional guide for navigating through the Japanese website to purchase the stream.  The event can be purchased by Verified by Visa® and MasterCard® SecureCode™ users.


Vale Tudo Japan features an array of VTJ and UFC veterans and will conclude with the main event rematch of Megumi Fujii and #1 ranked Jessica “Jag” Aguilar.  Fujii, a women’s MMA pioneer and legend, has announced that this will be her final fight as she attempts to avenge the controversial loss she suffered to Aguilar in Bellator.


Also on the card is VTJ veteran and former UFC contender Caol Uno as he takes on fellow VTJ veteran Daniel Romero.  UFC and WEC alum, Will Campuzano, clashes with a very experienced VTJ regular, Hideo Tokoro.


Nico Nico Live is a live-streaming service by Niconico. Its was launched on December 25th, 2007 as a trial service that was limited to official programs, and opened to users on December 12th, 2008.  The total quantity of aired programs reached 1 million within its first half year since user programs started, and reached 100 million on July 11th 2012. Currently, hundreds of thousands of user broadcasting programs are aired each day.
