Cage Warriors 60 adds: Allen v Williams, Blackwell v Edwards

A FURTHER two bouts have been added to the card for Cage Warriors 60, which takes place at The Forum in Kentish Town, London, England, on Saturday, October 5, 2013.
Arnold Allen (pictured) will be aiming to maintain his unbeaten record in a featherweight bout against Declan Williams, while Kris Edwards makes a swift return to action for a bantamweight clash with Aaron Blackwell.

Allen (4-0), who turned 19 earlier this year, recently signed exclusively with CWFC after impressively disposing of Andy Green via first-round submission on his promotional debut at Cage Warriors 56 in July.
The more experienced Williams (8-6-3) will be appearing on a CWFC bill for the first time since November 2010. The 29-year-old Englishman holds notable wins over CWFC veterans Mark Platts and Niko Gjoka.

Meanwhile, having lost out to James Pennington in the semi-final of Saturday’s CWFC bantamweight title tournament at CWFC 59 in Cardiff, Kris Edwards (8-6) will be looking to return to winning ways against Aaron Blackwell (11-9-1).
The pair had been scheduled to collide in a reserve bout on last weekend’s bill, but Edwards was promoted to the tournament proper following an injury to Martin McDonough.
