Dave Herman agrees to drug-rehab program, 6 mos suspension

The UFC has suspended the heavyweight Dave Herman for six months. Additionally, Herman has agreed to participate in an approved drug-rehabilitation program.
In addition to the suspension and rehabilitation program, Herman must have a clean drug test in order to fight once his suspension ends.

Herman's future with the UFC could be in jeopardy regardless of the failed test and suspension. The fighter, after opening his UFC career with a "Fight of the Night" win over John-Olav Einemo, has lost three straight – all by stoppage.
