UFC on Versus 6 – Paul Sass vs. Michael Johnson slated for October 1st event in Washington

A lightweight battle between undefeated Brit, Paul Sass and “Ultimate Fighter” season twelve runner-up, Michael Johnson has today been announced for the UFC on Versus 6 card on October 1^st in Washington, D.C..
The promotion announced the fight earlier today meaning bout agreements have likely been signed and returned to headquarters.
Sass will be looking for his twelfth straight win and second since joining the UFC ranks. Sass picked up a first round submission win over Mark Holst at UFC 120 last year making it eight triangle choke wins in his career.
Johnson looked impressive more recently when he scored a first round TKO win over Edward Faaloloto at UFC on Versus 4 last month. This was his first fight since losing out to Jonathan Brookins in the reality show finale.
