The event, which takes place July 8 at The Hangar in Costa Mesa, Calif., features a five-bout main card that airs on Showtime, but
MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) has learned the promotion will host eight total fights.
Additionally, fans are invited to Thursday's official weigh-ins and M-1 Ring Girl Contest, which both take place at Hooters in Costa Mesa.
Hooters is located at 1507 S. Coast Dr. Fighters are scheduled to hit the scale at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT local time). The ring girl contest follows the official ceremony.
"M-1 Challenge 26: Bennett vs. Garner" features a rematch between M-1 Selection 2010 heavyweight tournament finalists Pat Bennett (4-2) and Kenny Garner (6-3).
"The rematch between Bennett and Garner has been in the works since last year," M-1 Global co-founder Vadim Finkelchtein stated. "It's a fight Pat has asked for specifically and both men are prepared to put on a show. This entire card is expected to be extremely entertaining from start to finish."
While M-1 Global is best known as the management group of Fedor Emelianenko, the organization has hosted events around the globe since 1997.
