Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos hopes to change the mind of Dana White concerning female mixed martial arts

Strikeforce 145 pound women’s champion, Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos has been speaking about the difficult task that lies before her when it comes to changing the mind of UFC President, Dana White concerning female mixed martial arts, adding her biggest dream would be to compete inside the octagon.
Speaking via Sherdog.com, Santos said:
“It’s a dream of every fighter to fight for the biggest promotion in the world, and now it is the UFC. I hope someday I can fight for them, but if I don’t, I hope my daughter or a student of mine can have the chance. We have to start today to make good fights at Strikeforce to convince Dana White.”
It is thought there is a contract offer on the table from Zuffa to keep the ultra-aggressive female fighter under their umbrella although this has not been signed as yet despite initial reports to the contrary. Will changing Dana White’s mind be as difficult as pushing treacle uphill or will he cave to the will of the “Cyborg”?
