UFC 131: "Dos Santos vs. Carwin" from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, has officially wrapped, which means it's time for those select fighters who went above and beyond in their respective fights to get a little extra grease for their efforts.
To the tune of $70,000 each.
The promotion dished out its standard post-fight monetary bonuses to four out of the 24 fighters on the card, and it's probably no surprise who's leaving the "City of Glass" with a second sack of simoleons.
The ever loyal Canadian fans were given a home town treat when native son Sam Stout caved in the right side of Yves Edwards face to win "Knockout of the Night." The surging lightweight contender proved his "Hands of Stone" are still as lethal as they've ever been.
Also hauling in a wheelbarrow full of cash is Chris Weidman, who took a second consecutive short notice fight against Jesse Bongfeldt and again made the most of it, winning "Submission of the Night" via standing guillotine inside the first round.
Don't mess with the Serra-Longo Fight Team, kid.
Finally, Octagon newcomers Dave Herman and Jon Olav Einemo were awarded "Fight of the Night" honors for their thrilling back-and-forth war of attrition that saw "Pee-Wee" overcome a brutal onslaught from "The Viking" to knock him out in the second round.
When the big fellas get to throwing their weight around, it's always a good time.
Here are the special fight bonuses for UFC 131:
