Strikeforce CEO, Scott Coker has revealed that light heavyweights, Gegard Mousasi and Keith Jardine will probably go at it again following their drawn fight last night in San Diego, California but first he’ll have to talk with the powers that be. Speaking at the post-fight press conference, Coker said:
“That’s something we’ll definitely go back and talk to the camps and talk to Lorenzo and the group, and we’ll see what makes sense. Personally, I think [a rematch] will probably happen. When? Who knows.”
The fight was certainly an action packed one, with both men committing to attack from the opening bell. Jardine was rather fortunate to walk away with the draw, only doing so after Mousasi was deducted a point following an illegal up-kick. Stay tuned to MMABay for more on this as we get it.
