Class Ring Announcer Mike Markham has been selected to work the
British Association of Mixed Martial Arts’ BAMMA 11 event on
December 1st at Birmingham, England’s National Indoor Arena.
Markham looks forward to the event and anticipates a special night
in England. “It’s an honor to work for an organization like BAMMA
and I anticipate the NIA being full of energy from the British
fans,” Markham said.
The BAMMA 11 main event will be a Middleweight bout featuring the
popular Jack
Marshman and French star Xavier Foupa Pokam. BAMMA 11 will be
televised live on Channel 5 on December 1st at 11:00 P.M. local
time in the United Kingdom. The event will be shown at 4:00 P.M.
Eastern Standard Time in the United States on AXS TV (formerly
HDNet).
Markham has worked events ranging from the World Professional
Jiu-Jitsu Championship in Abu Dhabi to the legendary Fedor
Emelianenko’s June 21st defeat of Pedro Rizzo in
St. Petersburg, Russia.
Markham has worked as a live announcer for over 40 entities,
including 23 fight promoters, at engagements around the world.
