UFC Fight Night 25 bonuses and awards 'Shields vs Ellenberger' on Sept. 17 in New Orleans

UFC Fight Night 25: "Shields vs. Ellenberger" from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, has officially wrapped, which means it's time for those select fighters who went above and beyond in their respective fights to get a little extra grease for their efforts.

To the tune of $55,000 each.

The promotion dished out its standard post-fight monetary bonuses to four out of the 24 fighters on the card, and it's probably no surprise who's leaving "The Big Easy" with an extra set of beads.

Jake Ellenberger earned his "Knockout of the Night" award by becoming the first man in over a decade to stop Jake Shields via strikes. And he did this in under one minute.

"Juggernaut" coming through.

Also hauling in a wheelbarrow full of cash is T.J. Waldburger, who absolutely clowned Mike Stumpf by schooling him in the art of jiu-jisu, transitioning between submissions before settling on a triangle choke for the win. His "Submission of the Night" bonus augments his successful return to action after a crushing defeat earlier this year.

Finally, Matt Riddle and Lance Benoist were awarded "Fight of the Night" for their thrilling, back-and-forth war

Knockout of the Night -- Jake Ellenberger

Submission of the Night -- T.J. Waldburger

Fight of the Night -- Matt Riddle vs. Lance Benoist

Again, each fighter received $55,000 extra for their performances in addition to their respective base salaries, which we will pass along as soon as possible.
