Sean "BIG SEXY" McCorkle defends Herman

I have been friends with Dave Herman for 7 years and have trained with and hung out with hundreds of times during that time span.

At no point have I ever seen him smoke marijuana or even talk about it. Dave's drug of choice is beer.

And I don't believe for a second that he takes or has taken steroids. Dave is a genetic freak who can eat fast food 5x a day, drink a case of beer every night, and still look the way he does physically.

If you look at his body throughout his career, he has actually gotten smaller and leaner over the years. When he started fighting he was in the 260 lb range. He's now in the 230's. You don't take steroids to get smaller and leaner unless you're talking about your balls.

My guess is that when the story comes out, the PED is going to be something stupid that you find in a Monster energy drink.
