It has today been reported that the UFC is on the verge of signing a deal with the FOX Network to distribute its television programming to a wider audience, something that could happen as early as the end of this month. According to ESPN.com, a potential deal with NBC to takeover it’s G4 network may be at an impasse, something that Zuffa LLC. has been pursuing hard over the past couple of months.
It was also revealed that negotiations have been rekindled between the Las Vegas based promotion and long-time partners, SPIKE TV, with the television network paying a fee to broadcast UFC 138 from the UK as a gesture of goodwill.
