Hector Lombard: Nate Marquardt can take all the drugs he wants, I'm going to whoop his ass anyway

Bellator middleweight champion, Hector Lombard has thrown down the gauntlet to former UFC title contender, Nate Marquardt this week to meet him inside the cage as soon as possible, adding it won’t matter what substances he’s taking because he’ll whoop his ass anyway.
Speaking via Sherdog.com, Lombard said:

“Ben Askren said it all. I think [Marquardt] is a cheater, but [against] me, he can take all the drugs he wants. I’m going to whoop his ass anyway. I don’t see him making [170]. … He’s a natural 185. He’s been fighting at 185. At one point he was number two in the world at 185. There’s no excuses anymore. Don’t say you’ve got a contract with the UFC because he doesn’t have it. He can take the fight and prove everybody wrong.”

Lombard is on an amazing seventeen fight winning streak and is currently the Bellator middleweight champion. If Marquardt is unable to to resign with the UFC or come to terms with Strikeforce it appears Bellator will be his best bet and he already has a couple of title holders lining up to greet him.
