"I'd like to see him fighting Cro Cop (in Rio). If it doesn't happen in August, it can be in September, October... But it's a fight I'd like to see. I've seen Cro Cop saying things about it, saying he'd like to fight Rodrigo. They're two legends, two big names... It really would be an interesting fight to watch in MMA. As for the when, to me, it'll only happen in August if he's 100% healed. Rodrigo has a big heart, he really loves doing it and he's fought while not 100% for his fans, because of his commitment, because he respects UFC, so he has fought while injured."-- Luis Carlos Dorea, boxing coach to heavyweight superstar Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, recently sat down with Tatame to discuss the up-in-the-air future of his prized pupil. Ideally, he would like to see "Big Nog" take on Mirko Filipovic in a rematch of their spirited 2003 war which the Brazilian won via second-round submission. It might be difficult in setting the fight up, however, as Dana White has gone on record saying "Cro Cop" has likely fought his last fight inside the Octagon. That doesn't mean the Croatian isn't down for one more tussle before hanging up the gloves and if enough fans demand it, by god, the bossman just might put it together.
