Manny Pacquiao loves Jon Jones

Blue flashing ghosts? This ain't 1982, son.
"Pac-Man" has a new source for admiration, and you might be surprised to learn that the best boxer on the planet is paying attention to one of his fellow strap-hangers on the other side of the combat sports spectrum.
UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones.
"I love his athleticism and the way he conducts himself," Manny Pacquiao told 5thRound.com, which adds him to the list of sports and media personalities that are quickly becoming enamored with the young 205-pound phenom.
"Bones" is fresh off a March 19 assault on former division kingpin Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, but has opted for surgery to repair a torn ligament in his hand to help preserve his longterm future as a mixed martial artist before making his first title defense.

That hasn't stopped him from making the media rounds, including guest appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Mo'Nique Show.
Like Jones, Pacquiao has also been doing the media circuit as of late in preparation for his WBO welterweight title defense against "Sugar" Shane Mosley this Saturday night (May 7, 2011) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Both champions have looked unstoppable in recent years, to such a degree that Spike TV even created a poll to ask fight fans who the more dangerous fighter was, Pacquiao or Jones.
