Pat Barry reveals he’s interested in taking on Shane Carwin, Stefan Struve or Mark Hunt down the road

UFC heavyweight kickboxer, Pat Barry has been speaking about a number of potential opponents this week as he waits to hear from the Las Vegas based promotion about who he’ll face next time out inside the octagon, and six-foot-eleven Stefan Struve tops the list.
Speaking via MMAWeekly.com, Barry said:

“Personally, I think it would be cool to fight Stefan Struve. The tallest heavyweight versus the shortest heavyweight. I think that would be cool. Do I really want to fight him? Naw, I just think I can high kick him.

“Mark Hunt just won a fight, Shane Carwin’s looking for somebody for (UFC) 131.”

Barry got his octagon career back on track in January when he scored a decision win over the always tough, Joey Beltran at UFC Fight Night 23 in Fort Hood, Texas. Prior to that he’d lost to his boyhood hero, Mirko Cro Cop at UFC 115 in June of 2010.
