Jens Pulver puts together back-to-back wins for the first time since 2006 with a win in Chicago

Former UFC lightweight champion, Jens Pulver continues to defy his formative years after he posted his a split decision win over Wade Choate last night on the Chicago Cagefighting Championship in Chicago, Illinois.
“Lil Evil” was able to dictate much of the stand-up early on but faded as the contest moved into the third and final round. Despite that it was enough to convince two of the judges to give him the nod 29-28 in his favour.
The win gave him his first back-to-back win since 2006 when he defeated Kanji Arai and Cole Escovedo, both by knockout. Prior to his most recent two fights he had been on a six fight losing streak. Stay tuned to MMABay for more on his next move as we get it.
