UFC middleweight, Rafael “Sapo” Natal has reportedly been forced to pull out of his UFC on Versus 3 bout with Italian boxer, Alessio Sakara on March 3^rd in Louisville, Kentucky, leaving the promotion in a tough spot with just over two weeks until the event.
A source close to the situation revealed the news to MMAWeekly.com earlier today before it was later confirmed on Versus.com.
Natal replaced original opponent, Maiquel Falcao after the Brazilian suffered an injury during training. The promotion will now likely scramble for a second replacement for the Italian heavy hitter to face on March 3^rd. Stay tuned to MMABay for more on this as we get it.
