Royce Gracie says the chances of him competing on the UFC Rio card are “unlikely but possible”

UFC legend, Royce Gracie has been speaking about the possibility of returning to the octagon for the promotions upcoming event in Rio this August, explaining he is in negotiations although the chances of making it happen are unlikely.
Speaking via Sherdog.com, Gracie said:
“We are in negotiations… I am 44 years old. My father fought his last fight at 53, so that wouldn’t be a problem.”
One source later told Fighters Only Magazine that the chance of seeing the Brazilian MMA legend is “unlikely”. He was last seen under the UFC banner when he took on Matt Hughes at UFC 60 and was duly dominated. Stay tuned to MMABay for more on this as we get it.
