Both Kimmons and Yang come into the fight card off losses, so it may put both in a must win situation.
Kimmons (23-6) has spent several fights in the UFC, amassing a 3-3 record overall. During his career with the UFC, Kimmons has alternated wins and losses, so he’ll look to keep that streak alive and pick up a victory in March.
Yang (9-1), a Korean born fighter, makes his second appearance in the UFC, and hopes to make the most of it. Yang lost in his debut fight for the promotion, a split decision to Chris Camozzi at UFC 121 in October 2010.
The bout between Kimmons and Yang is expected to be part of the untelevised preliminary portion of the show.
