Two-time UFC lightweight title challenger Kenny Florian (14-5 MMA, 11-4 UFC) is the featured host at a special UFC Fight Club Q&A session to be held prior to the weigh-ins for February's "UFC 127: Penn vs. Fitch" event. The session takes place Saturday, Feb. 26, at 12 p.m. local time.
The UFC 127 weigh-ins follow the session, which takes place at Acer Arena in Sydney Olympic Park in Australia. With the time difference, the weigh-ins air in North America on Friday, Feb. 25, at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT).
As always, the weigh-ins are free and open to the public. Additionally, MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) will carry a live video stream of the weigh-ins, courtesy of the UFC.
Meanwhile, the Q&A session is open only to members of the UFC's official fan club, the UFC Fight Club. Doors for the festivities open at 11 a.m. local time.
Acer Arena also hosts the UFC 127 pay-per-view event, which marks the UFC's second-ever event Down Under. The show, which features a headliner between former dual-division champ B.J. Penn and perennial welterweight contender Jon Fitch, takes place on Sunday, Feb. 27 in Australia.
