According to a report from Ariel Helwani on Tuesday's (April 16, 2013) edition of "UFC Tonight" on FUEL TV, Brazilian bjj expert Demian Maia is interested in a fight with former 170-pound title challenger Nick Diaz. which he wants to take place UFC 163 on Aug. 3, 2013 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Maia's management team see's this as a good match up, Diaz however as stated he is retired unless he gets a GSP rematch or a crack at Anderson Silva.
