Phil Baroni: “Yoshida is weak, I’ll get him in a rematch.”

Throughout his Mixed Martial Arts career, former UFC, Pride and Strikeforce star Phil Baroni has gained reputation for not only being one to put on exciting fights, but one never shy to mince words.
The New York Bad Ass is at it again.
Recently, Cage Potato conducted an interview with Yoshiyuki Yoshida, who defeated Baroni at ONE Fighting Championship’s event Septmber 3. In the interview, Yoshida questioned Baroni’s stamina.
Upon seeing the comments, Baroni took to Facebook to give his views. In typical Baroni fashion, he was colorful in his thoughts.
“Dude was [homophobic reference, word omitted] and dry humped his way to a bs decision,” Baroni said. “Yoshida is weak sauce. I’ll get him in a rematch.”
Baroni in the post also questioned Yoshida’s willingness to engage in the fight; and further questioned why the refs were lenient in allowing the former UFC and Bellator veteran to be slow in the pace.
Why were there no yellow cards or standup?” Baroni said. “Nobody wants to watch that kind of crap in a fight, especially  in a co-main event.”
Whether or not Baroni- Yoshida II is on the horizon for ONE FC is to be seen, however once again Baroni has proven he’s more than willing to let his thoughts be known, and refused to back down from his views.
