Dana White likes the idea of Rich Franklin vs. Tito Ortiz for down the road inside the octagon

UFC President, Dana White has revealed he likes the idea of seeing former middleweight champion, Rich Franklin take on former light heavyweight champion, Tito Ortiz in the 205 pound division as both fighters are seemingly in the twilight years of their career.
Speaking via UStream, Dana said:

“I don’t know yet, still working on fights for Tito. But we do like the idea of Tito vs. Rich Franklin.”
Franklin recently commented on the possible fight to MMAWeekly.com, adding:

“The fans have talked about how they would be interested in that fight. It’s something the fans have talked about being an entertaining fight, and if it’s something the UFC wanted to put on, I’d be open to that.”
Franklin hasn’t been seen since he was dominated by Forrest Griffin back at UFC 126 in February while Ortiz finally got a win under his belt when he defeated Ryan Bader in July, only to lose to Rashad Evans the very next month after stepping up at short notice.
