BAMMA 8 – Andre Winner vs. Paul Kelly likely for December show in the UK

A lightweight battle between two of the UK’s best, Andre Winner and Paul Kelly is reportedly in the works for a BAMMA event in December as both men look to secure a foothold on the domestic scene before attempting to return to the octagon in 2012.
The news comes via Fighters Only Magazine who spoke to a source close to the situation earlier today. It is expected to serve as either the main event or co-main event of the evening.
Kelly went 5-4 inside the octagon overall and lost his last fight to Donald Cerrone in the second round via submission. He is possibly best remembered for an all-guns blazing display against Paul Taylor on his promotional debut in January 2008.
Winner was a runner-up on season nine of “The Ultimate Fighter”, losing to team mate Ross Pearson in the season finale. He went 2-4 inside the octagon overall with his eventual axe coming after a unanimous decision loss to Anthony Njokuani.
