"I don't know what a 'retired fighter' feels like. I feel great. I'm happy where I'm at in life. I think it was the right time to stop competing. I think I'll always train and I'll always be working with the guys and working in the sport in some capacity, but it was the right time for me to bow out of the Octagon. I know there will be some bridges to cross. I think they will try to tempt me to come back in, but I'm comfortable with my decision. It's the right time for me."-- Project retirement seems to be going swimmingly for Randy Couture, who recently took his last bow, finally, after a crushing knockout loss to Lyoto Machida at UFC 129: "St. Pierre vs. Shields" on April 30, 2011. The 47-year-old mixed martial arts legend told MMAFighting.com that he's feeling "great" and "happy" with where his life is now that he's no longer saddled with competing against some of the toughest fighters in the world. As B.J. Penn recently pointed out, it likely took the devastating front kick knockout from "The Dragon" to provide the push needed to send "The Natural" on his way but Couture seems to think the UFC will be pulling him right back in ... or at least attempting as much. What are the odds "Captain America" caves and makes a comeback? And how soon?
