Nik Lentz happy to take on all-comers at 155 pounds after submission win over Waylon Lowe

UFC lightweight star on the rise, Nik Lentz has been speaking about his recent win over powerhouse wrestler, Waylon Lowe at UFC Fight Night 24 just last month, as well as explaining he’s happy to take on anyone at 155 pounds as he looks to climb the ranks.
Speaking via MMAJunkie.com, Lentz said:
“He (Lowe) was a super-tough opponent. I think a lot of people before the fight didn’t give him enough credit because I fought Tyson Griffin before, and he’s a much more well-known guy. [But Lowe is] definitely one of the tougher guys I’ve fought.
When asked who he wanted to take on next in the stacked lightweight division, Lentz said:
“Anybody. Anyone that is doing well in the UFC, I want to fight them. I want to fight all the best guys out there. So, as far as who? Just pick the best, random 155-pounder and I want to fight him. I just have to keep on going – keep on racking up the wins.”
Lentz is undefeated in six fights inside the octagon, with the only blemish coming during that period being a drawn fight with Brazilian all rounder, Thiago Tavares. The submission win over Lowe was his first stoppage win since joining the Las Vegas based promotions ranks, something that may help get him a high profile opponent next time out.
